How do I get to the hotel?

The Omni Colonnade Hotel is located on the northwest side of San Antonio near some of the area’s most exciting sites and attractions such as the historic Alamo, Sea World San Antonio and the enchanting Riverwalk. The hotel is 15 minutes/8miles from San Antonio International Airport. The hotel offers complimentary airport transportation.

What is the attire for the conference?

With the exception of the Marketing Awards Dinner, which is business or business casual, the dress code for the Annual Conference is casual. Attire that promotes your event is encouraged. The Thursday night kick-off party will be held outdoors, so please bring cool clothes and comfortable walking shoes. Hotel meeting space tends to be chilly, so a light jacket or sweater is recommended.

What is your cancellation policy if I can not attend?

Cancellations received on or prior to July 13th will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received between July 14 – 20th will receive a 50 percent refund.

Cancellations received after July 21st will receive no refund.

What is the preconference professional devlopment seminar?

This exciting preconference educational seminar is designed for attendees to choose between two specific tracks of learning. Both tracks will offer in depth information and hands on activities in a great learning environment to further your professional development. You won’t want to miss out on this awesome opportunity!

Is there a special rate at the hotel?
